Group CrossFit Classes

Monday - Wednesday

5:00, 6:00 and 10:00 AM and 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 PM

Our Group CrossFit classes provide personal attention including modifications to meet the needs of every individual and athlete. Regular classes include a warm-up, strength training and programming that is varied each day. Coaches provide guidance on techniques and opportunities for challenge during every class as well as working with members to meet their personal fitness goals and to address pain, injuries or areas of weakness. Saturday morning's Workout of the Day (WOD) is typically a partner workout. At CrossFit Buckroe Beach, we work to establish close relationships with our members and our community and to build one another up. Don't have a partner? Don't worry! We love welcoming new faces. Group CrossFit classes run for one hour and often incorporate our easy access to the waterfront during warm up. Newcomers and experienced CrossFitters are welcome and encouraged to join us!

range of motion (ROM) WOD

Thursdays

6:30 PM

Our Range of Motion (ROM) workout of the day is similar to yoga but led by a CrossFit Coach. The class focuses on increasing our athletes' range of motion and helping with muscle soreness while providing recovery between workouts. This is a laid back class intended to give our members and coaches time to address problem areas and to stretch with the guidance of a certified coach.

"Buns and guns" class

Monday - Friday

9:00 - 10:00 AM

$119 a month

Our "Buns and Guns" class focuses on low impact strength training and cardiovascular endurance. It is geared toward athletes of all ages and fitness backgrounds incorporating CrossFit training without complex movements and Olympic lifting.

TEEN PROGRAM

Monday - Friday

5:30 PM​

$119 a month for members, $129 for non-members

Ages 10 and up. Under 12 accompanied by an adult.

 

Upon completion of our introductory course and clearing Head Coach Chelsea's assessment, teen athletes are encouraged to participate in our regular CrossFit classes and other programming. If you are looking for opportunities for your teen to build strength for extracurricular activities in a safe, fun, family environment, CrossFit Buckroe Beach is the place for you - and for them!

KIDS PROGRAMS

Tuesday and Thursday

Functional Fitness

4:00 to 4:30 PM

Our kid's class is a 30 minute program for ages 5 to 9. This functional fitness class helps our little ones improve their coordination, strength, agility and self-confidence.

Drop-ins are welcome and punch cards are available ​for both our regular CrossFit and yoga classes. We also offer 12 month, 6 month and 3 month membership options that include the option to add a spouse or family member for just $99 a month.
